Don't be fooled by Roasters that tell you that your order can be Roasted and Brewed in the same day. This is simply not true, and is why most roasters will make the comment that their coffee has a "Woody" or "Earthy" taste. This is because most Origins require at least 24 hours to "Breathe" prior to grinding and brewing, and some origins require longer. So if you come into our store, you can purchase our Fresh Roasted Fair Trade Organic Coffee that has been Roasted and allowed to breathe 24 hours prior to your purchase.
Normal off the shelf coffee you purchase in the grocery stores and Most Gourmet Coffee Shops is 6-9 months past the roasting date. When you purchase ANY of our Coffees, you can be assured that it is only a few of days past the roasting date when you receive it. Try us and you will Taste the difference that Proper Freshness Makes!
